Market Opportunity in Wyoming
Wyoming’s small but concentrated population of roughly 580,000 offers a surprisingly strong niche for a meal prep service. The state has two major demand drivers: a very high percentage of outdoor-recreation-focused residents (hunters, hikers, skiers, ranchers) who value high-protein, portable meals, and a workforce heavily tilted toward shift workers in energy, mining, and tourism who have irregular hours and limited healthy food options. Growth trends are positive: health and fitness culture is expanding in every town with a CrossFit box or yoga studio, and post-COVID, convenience food delivery has become normalized even in rural areas. Wyoming is challenging because of low population density—you cannot blanket a metro area with 2 million people. You must target specific towns or offer delivery routes that are time-efficient. State Licensing & Legal Requirements
